Effects of a Vegan Diet on Cholesterol, Blood Pressure and Body Mass Index

Numerous studies have shown that vegans have lower cholesterol levels, reduced blood pressure, and decreased body mass index (BMI), all of which contribute to decreased heart disease (see next post).
