- What are plant-based foods? Plant-based foods include all grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits and the nearly infinite number of foods made by combining them.
- Where do I buy plant-based foods? Plant-based foods are available at grocery stores, co-ops, farmer's markets, and more. You can find unprocessed foods such as beans, grains, fruits and veggies almost everywhere! But if you are buying a packaged product, be sure to read the label carefully. Remember, plant-based foods do not contain any animal-products, such as milk, whey, cheese, eggs or honey.
