The Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP), is a lifestyle enrichment program designed to reduce disease risk factors through the adoption of better health habits and appropriate lifestyle modifications. The goal is to lower blood cholesterol, hypertension, and blood sugar levels and reduce excess weight. This is done by improving dietary choices, enhancing daily exercise, increasing support systems and decreasing stress, thus aiding in preventing and reversing disease.

Clark College

Clark College Nursing Department: Located in Vancouver, Washington, Clark College is Washington state's largest single-campus, for-credit community college. Its Department of Nursing, located on the Washington State University Vancouver campus, serves 288 students annually and graduates nurses three times as year. Founded in 1960, it is the longest-standing nursing program in Southwest Washington.

Compass Oncology

Compass Oncology is the largest multidisciplinary practice in the Pacific Northwest dedicated solely to providing state-of-the-art care for patients with cancer and diseases of the blood. The Compass team is comprised of physicians who specialize in medical, radiation and surgical oncology, hematology, pathology and palliative care and work collaboratively to provide high quality, evidence-based cancer care. Our team routinely treats all cancer types, even rare cancers, and includes members with advanced subspecialization in particular cancers and nonmalignant blood disorders.

Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland

Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland (MSMP) is a professional society that serves the needs of physicians, with primary concentration on adding value to their professional and non-professional lives. MSMP publishes The Scribe, a full color newspaper that reaches every physician in Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington Counties, and other health care professionals.

NUNM

National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) is the oldest accredited naturopathic medical university in North America. Our exceptional graduate programs in naturopathic medicine and classical Chinese medicine blend ancient healing wisdom with modern science in challenging curricula. Mt. Hood Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society

Mt. Hood Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a professional organization of over 35,000 registered nurses and other healthcare providers dedicated to excellence in patient care, education, research, and administration in oncology nursing. The Mt. Hood Chapter is the local chapter supporting the conference.

Oregon Physical Therapy Association

Oregon Physical Therapy Association is a chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association which represents over 93,000 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students of physical therapy nationwide and more than 1,300 physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and students in the state of Oregon.

Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine: Founded in 1985, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) is a nonprofit organization that promotes preventive medicine, conducts clinical research, and encourages higher standards for ethics and effectiveness in research.

Portland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Portland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (PAND) is an organization of Registered Dietitians (RDs), Dietetic Technicians (DTRs), and dietetic students serving the Portland, Oregon area.
